Jakarta Cosmopolite Islamic School (JACOS) is currently welcoming new students through our online portal. We offer year-round enrollment, with class placement determined by the student’s age and developmental stage. We invite you to follow our streamlined admission procedure to begin your child’s journey in nurturing faith, building character, and inspiring joyful learning.
To ensure an optimal learning experience, children must reach the appropriate age for their grade level by July 1st. This policy helps us nurture children within a peer group that supports their cognitive and spiritual growth
We put children’s well-being first. Following your registration, our Admissions Officer will invite you for a Class Trial and Observation.
Parents will receive an email notification regarding the results of their child’s Class Trial and Observation. This helps us ensure that our learning environment is the perfect fit for your little one’s development.
Reviewing Our Community Standards Successful applicants will proceed to the next step. At this point, we will share the JCIS Parent Handbook. This guide outlines our school’s values, daily procedures, and the partnership we build with parents.
To finalize this stage, please read through the handbook and sign the Parent Handbook Acknowledgment. This ensures we are all aligned in providing the best Islamic and global education for your child.
Once the Parent Handbook is signed, the final step is to complete the administrative requirements. This includes the submission of necessary documents and the settlement of the enrollment fees to secure your child’s place at Jakarta Cosmopolite Islamic School.
Upon confirmation of payment, your child is officially enrolled! You will receive a Welcome Package containing:
- School Uniform details and collection schedule.
- Academic Calendar for the upcoming term.
- Orientation schedule for new parents and students.
