Jakarta Cosmopolite Islamic School is the realization of Dr. KH. Didi Supandi’s vision. He established this school with a humble and sincere mission to provide the best future for our children.
We led by a scholar from Al-Azhar University, Egypt. He also a doctoral mastery at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Dr. KH. Didi Supandi embodies the “Cosmopolite” spirit of our school.

As an entrepreneur, she stands for the belief that women must be strong, independent, and influential. She masterfully blends professional excellence with Islamic values, dedicating herself to defending women’s rights and helping families across Jakarta achieve financial independence and better education.
She personally funds these efforts by dedicating her business profits to help those in need, including providing full educational support for “yatim” and “dhuafa”.

He is a graduate of the University of Malaya and currently a practicing Consultant Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon.
He believes that optimal child growth—physically, mentally, and spiritually—can only be achieved through a holistic learning ecosystem. This vision aligns with our school, where education goes beyond academics to nurture healthy and globally-minded children.

From Los Angeles to Kuala Lumpur, Prof. Betania’s journey in education brings a world-class perspective to our school. From the Bureau of Islamic and Arabic Education (BIAE) in California, to UM and IIUM in Malaysia, she dedicates her life to enhancing how children learn.
Her teaching and academic experiences across the continents of America, Australia, Europe, Africa and Asia for the past 32 years, play a pivotal role in designing the curriculum of Jakarta Cosmopolite Islamic School.

A graduate of the University of Indonesia with specialized parenting training from Florida State University, USA, Mrs. Elly ensures that our school remains a safe haven for emotional growth. She guides our community in implementing mindful parenting and psychological care, creating a perfect harmony between school and home.
We believe that a child’s success goes far beyond academics. It is deeply rooted in their mental well-being and the support they receive at home.
